Description by OLDIES.com:

Tommy (Frankie Darro) takes a burglary rap for Eddie, his troubled teenage friend and housemate. He is remanded to the State Industrial School, a reformatory for boys where a cruel prison guard and a prison doctor give inmates a dose of their own special medicine. There is plenty of action in this 1939 prison tale, including an escape plot, an armed robbery and cops-and-robbers automobile chases.

Product Description:

When an orphan takes the rap for a crime committed by his step-brother, he pays the price in a brutal reform school.
