The long awaited 1960's Jerry Vale albums, “Time Alone Will Tell” and “This Guy’s In Love With You” are finally available on this phenomenal digital re-mastered two-for-one CD collection.
These two albums are two of Jerry Vale’s finest. The digital remastering boosts the orchestra and pounds out the bass!
The opening song, “My Love, Forgive me” is an excellent showcase for those goose-bump high notes that Jerry Vale fans love!
“My Cup Runneth Over With Love” gives Vale a chance to show off his poetic phrasing and perfect vocals.
“Born Free” from the movie of the same title, is another example of Jerry’s perfect vocals, all the “E’s” giving you chills.
Then there’s “Time Alone Will Tell”. UNBELIEVABLE! Jerry puts the pedal to the medal, Vale hitting higher and higher notes, the song ending in a dramatic long-held high note that will take your breath away!
“Love Me With All Your Heart” is a wonderful upbeat and dramatic song all the way to the end with the dramatic bass filled drums.
One of my Favorites...”This Guy’s In Love With You”, a Burt Bacharach song, pays a perfect tribute to the song writer. Jerry does the vocals with heartfelt emotion. You’ll want to listen to this song over and over again.
What can I say about “A Man Without Love”? Jerry Vale, in my opinion, does a better version than Engelbert Humperdinck, hitting all those glorious high notes.
Jerry Vale singing “Young Girl”? Can he pull that off? YES! Vale has the class and powerful vocals to make you wonder if it wasn’t his hit to start with.
“She Gives Me Love, La, La, La” Another JV toe-tapping treat that you will find yourself singing along with.
Drum roll please.....”DON’T TELL MY HEART TO STOP LOVING YOU”. There are no words to describe this vocal extravaganza. When you listen to this song, you can tell that Jerry Vale LOVES it! Jerry Vale pulls out all of his professional vocal talents to make this song the dynamite song of this double CD.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this double CD set of Jerry Vale vocals a 20! THIS is Jerry Vale at his 60's finest. Jerry takes the songs of the 60's and turns them into pleasurable masterpieces. I highly recommend that Jerry Vale fans purchase this collectable CD.
