Product Description:

A gang of international terrorists plant explosive devices on a huge British oil rig, and threaten to detonate them if the government refuses to pay a huge ransom. Only the eccentric underwater expert Rufus Excalibur Ffolkes can stop them.

Plot Synopsis:
